A Journey with a Master to Rediscover the Soul of Your Voice.
Hello, I am Baoligudeer Urixixu Otgonhuu
I come from the Uvs province of Mongolia, a land cradled by the Altai Mountains and bordering the Tuva Republic. In my childhood, Khoomei wasn't a performance in a concert hall; it was the living breath of my uncles and elders. I grew up listening to it, and from the age of ten, it became woven into my soul.
For me, Khoomei is an art that is invisible and intangible, yet it speaks directly to the soul. In our modern era, I see many traditional arts losing their most precious essence. Therefore, my mission is not merely to teach technique, but to protect and pass on the most primitive and traditional "soul" of Khoomei.
I have condensed my 40 years of learning and over 20 years of teaching experience into this course. I believe Khoomei is an innate ability we are all born with—it has only been forgotten. My purpose is to provide you with the clearest and most correct path to "recover" your original voice.
I welcome you to this beautiful land of music. Together, let us learn not just to sing, but to sing with the very soul of your voice.
Rediscover Your Innate Voice
More Than a Course, This Is a Journey Back to the Soul of Your Voice
Have you ever been captivated by an ancient sound that seems to rise from the depths of the earth, a single voice singing two notes at once? That is Khoomei—an art that is invisible and intangible, yet speaks directly to the soul. It is not a complex technique to be "learned" from scratch, but an inner resonance we were all born with, yet have long since forgotten.
My mission is to guide you to "reawaken" it.
My name is Baoligudeer, and I come from the heartland of Khoomei tradition in the Altai Mountains of Mongolia. In my 40 years of study and over 20 years of teaching, I have seen too many students struggle with incorrect methods, their voices stuck in their throats, drifting further from the soul of Khoomei. In this era, this art form is in danger of losing its primitive essence.
That is why I have distilled my life's work into this unique online course system. This is not a random collection of tricks, but a clear, complete, and direct path to the core of the art:
- Begin with the Foundation Course We will completely transform your understanding of vocal production. You will move beyond the throat and learn to find the stable, resonant Base Tone in your open chest. This is the bedrock that supports everything.
- Advance to the Whistle Course You will learn to separate a second voice from that solid base tone—the crystal-clear whistle tone (Sygyt). We will unveil the secrets of how "chest engagement" and "tongue technique" work in synergy, enabling you to sing melodies with breathtaking clarity.
- Master the Deep Khoomei Course At the highest level of the curriculum, you will dive into the deepest registers of your voice to master the powerful deep tone (Kargyraa). You will experience the ultimate mystery of "singing with two voices at once" and feel a primal power that echoes the heartbeat of the earth.
The core of this entire course is "Connection."
You will learn how to link your breath, core power, chest base tone, and overtone melody into a single, unbroken line of energy. This is the key to singing with the "soul" of Khoomei.
If you are ready to move beyond imitating the surface of the sound and are eager to understand and master this art from its very roots, then I welcome you. This is more than learning to sing—it is about recovering the most powerful, innate voice that is already within you.
